Slimmy

A multi-instrumentalist singer/songwriter from Porto, Portugal, Paulo Fernandes aka Slimmy is a truly unique artist. After learning to play the guitar as a teenager, Slimmy moved into DJing in clubs and bars. Influenced by the sounds he was hearing at the record store he was working in and the music he was playing in the clubs, Slimmy started to create his own tracks. After two critically acclaimed albums, relentless touring which included support slots for the Prodigy, Moby, Franz Ferdinand, plus several TV/Film syncs including cult US TV show CSI Miami and an MTV award nomination, Slimmy has now begun work on his third studio album. "A blend of rock and electronica combined with catchy pop arrangements and a falsetto voice, come together to create a truly distinctive sound."
