Echo Park

Echo Park is the musical output of Brian Gibbs (Marty Mcfly / Gunjack) a Los Angelean musician, a man of many monikers, with a past musical history that includes Detroit house and techno, currently now residing with his family in Santiago, Chile. Musically the tracks are a unique blend of nineties hip hop, retro soul, italo, eighties pop and a large dose of funk. Gibbs has new side projects underway which include a straight up hip hop album. His new album for Skream’s ‘Disfigured Dubz’ label is due for release this summer. With current support from BBC Radio One’s Zane Lowe, European DJ dates on the horizon and a remix from Skream himself forthcoming, it looks like a promising year ahead for Echo Park and associated Ugly Boy Music.
